Last November Farm is a place where you can refresh your mind and escape the hectic pace of everyday life. Take in nature on 40 acres of private land designed for the care, comfort and enjoyment of your horse.

Whether you are a serious competitor, pleasure rider or somewhere in-between, our aim is to meet your needs and to make sure your time spent at the farm is enjoyable. Our small size allows for personal attention to detail, and assures that you aren’t “lost in the crowd.”

While our emphasis is on dressage, riders of all disciplines are welcome. We want boarders who are friendly and outgoing, and who enjoy spending time with others who share a love of horses, regardless of level of riding experience.

Our facilities include the following amenities:

● 70 x 144 indoor arena (small dressage arena +) well lit, with mirrors, kick board, rubber/sandy loam footing and an insulated roof. Open for nighttime riding.

● Full size (20 x 60 meter) outdoor dressage arena with sandy loam footing

● Airy, comfortable box stalls with mats and fans

● Automatic insect control system

● Large tack room and lounging area with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, television and VHS/DVD player

● Full bathroom with tub/shower

● Indoor wash stall with dedicated hot water heater

● Round Pen

● Schooling jumps and caveletti

● Abundant open areas for trail riding or schooling

Good footing is a priority at Last November Farm, where arenas are well maintained and worked on a daily basis.

Boarding at Last November Farm

At Last November Farm, we take the responsibility of caring for your horse seriously. We are committed to providing top quality care for your horse and excellent service for riders and owners. As owner / managers, we reside on the premises and care for your horse as if it were one of our own. With our hands-on approach, you have our assurance that we will know what is normal for your horse, so potential problems are quickly identified. No language barriers to contend with here.

Horses are turned out into pastures daily, where they are allowed to graze and interact the way nature intended.

Our Basic Boarding Package includes:

●Full use of all facilities

●A comfortable 12 x 12 stall with rubber mats, summer fans and bedding

●A dedicated saddle rack and bridle hanger

●Small group turnout

●Full rations of feed and hay

●Daily wormer

●Your supplements added according to instructions

●Your fly spray applied daily

●Daily stall cleaning

●Late night bed check (bedtime hay & water, stall picked)

●Blankets on/off 1x/day

Additional Services We Offer:

●Supplements and supplies: Last November will be happy to provide supplements, such as Corta Flx, or supplies, such as fly spray, for you. Monthly pricing will vary, depending on the product, so please ask us for a quote.

●Grooming and blanketing package: Horse is blanketed in accordance with your instructions, he is groomed and his hooves are picked out. This service includes a warm water bath when needed. Grooming products and fly repellant are included. $100 per month

●Special Grooming: Grooming, hooves picked, bathing with shampoo and de-tangling conditioners, replacement of blanket. $25

●Clipping and mane care: Basic show trim (bridle path, muzzle, chin, fetlocks & tail) $20

●Routine mane pulling, with basic show trim $15

●Stand-alone mane pulling $25

●Dressage tail – initial trim $10

●Full body clip $150

●Lunging $15/session

●Hand walking $20/per hour

●Standing wraps $12

●Washing blankets, bandages, pads, etc. $15/load

●Handling for farrier $15

●Handling for veterinarian (basic health needs) $10

●Handling for veterinarian (emergency or treatment) $15/hour

●Medication administration fee $2 - $5, depending on type and frequency

●Bandaging fee, including supplies $35
