Training for Your Horse

Shannon Slyfied and Slyfield Farm, Inc. offer full training for horse and rider.  Shannon's human students enjoy her humor and good-natured style of teaching.  She has long been known in the Houston, Texas area as a patient and tactful trainer of show horses as well.  Both her human and equine students excel in the show ring.  

Slyfield Farm, Inc. offers you, the serious competitor, a tailor made program to suite your needs.  Shannon will work with you to set goals for your horse, then teach your horse with kindness and understanding in order for your horse to reach its full potential.  Training packages include 4 days per week, 3 days per weeks, 2 days per week or once per week.

When your horse is ready, Shannon will be happy to show your horse for you, or assist you in riding in harmony with your horse in order for you to show him yourself under her coaching.  Shannon has become well known in the Houston area for being able to take horses to championship levels in the hunter/jumper shows.
